By creating an account, or by otherwise accessing or using ClubsZone at clubs.zone (the "Site"), you ("you", the "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.
Your continued use of the Site constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
ClubsZone is a community platform for EA FC Pro Clubs. It provides features including, but not limited to, club registration, player profiles, the free-agent transfer market, tournaments and drafts, club rankings, the Franchise League economy, Ballon d'Or voting, and a companion Discord bot.
Some data is fetched from third-party services such as the EA Sports Pro Clubs API. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts, EA Sports, or Discord Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You must sign in with a Discord account to use most features of the Site, and you must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country, whichever is higher.
You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account. Keep your Discord credentials secure — we cannot recover access lost due to a compromised Discord account.
Joining ClubsZone, registering a club, and playing tracked matches are, and always will be, free. The paid tiers described below are optional add-ons layered on top of a fully-usable free platform — they are never required to compete.
When using the Site, you agree that you will not:
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently remove access to the Site for any user that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
The Site offers three independent, stackable subscriptions — Player, Manager, and Host — each billed monthly and each cancellable independently. Current pricing for each tier is displayed on our Premium page before you check out.
Payments are processed by our payment processor, Creem. By subscribing, you also agree to Creem's applicable terms for the transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
You may cancel any subscription at any time from your profile settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to that tier's perks until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.
The Franchise League economy includes virtual currency, wallets, contracts, and prestige badges. These items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not your property. They exist solely as features within the Site and may be modified, reset, or removed at any time. They are entirely separate from the paid subscriptions described above.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (club names/crests, recruitment posts, messages, etc.), but you grant us a licence to display and use it as needed to operate the Site's features. You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' rights or violate these Terms.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice or liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Statistics and valuations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of ClubsZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice — active paid subscriptions will still run out their already-paid period where reasonably possible.
ClubsZone also offers a companion Discord bot. Its terms are covered in a dedicated policy — see our Bot Terms of Service for the rules that apply specifically inside your Discord server.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be announced in our community Discord. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
