Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding ClubsZone Bot (the "Bot") to a Discord server, or by interacting with its commands and features, you ("you", the "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are adding the Bot on behalf of a Discord server, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that server and its members to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not add or use the Bot. Your continued use of the Bot constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ClubsZone Bot is a companion Discord bot for EA FC Pro Clubs communities. It provides features including, but not limited to, player and club statistics, club rankings, recruitment tools, transfer-market valuations, tournament and draft management, and a Franchise League economy.

Some data is fetched from third-party services such as the EA Sports Pro Clubs API. The Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts, EA Sports, or Discord Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use the Bot. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country, whichever is higher.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Bot, you agree that you will not:

• •Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• •Abuse, harass, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Bot or its underlying infrastructure.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Bot, its servers, or any associated systems or data.
• •Use automated scripts, exploits, or other means to overload, rate-abuse, or reverse-engineer the Bot.
• •Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data (such as fabricated match results) to gain an unfair advantage.
• •Impersonate other users, clubs, or the Bot's operators.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently remove access to the Bot for any server or user that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. Data & Privacy

To provide its features, the Bot stores limited data such as Discord user and server IDs, linked EA player and club identifiers, registered profiles, recruitment posts, and Franchise League economy records. This data is used solely to operate the Bot's features.

We do not sell your personal data. You may request deletion of your stored data by contacting us through the channels listed below. For more detail on what we collect and how it is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Virtual Economy & In-App Items

The Franchise League economy includes virtual currency, wallets, contracts, and prestige badges. These items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not your property. They exist solely as features within the Bot and may be modified, reset, or removed at any time.

7. Availability & Changes

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Bot at any time without notice or liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Statistics and valuations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of ClubsZone Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Bot.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be announced in our community Discord. Your continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
