Player Market.

A ClubsZone value is a transfer-market estimate for comparing players, not real money. It is calculated from each player's EA Pro Clubs statistics and weighted by position: a striker is judged mostly on goals, shots and chances created, a defender on tackles, passing and clean sheets, a goalkeeper on clean sheets and match rating — always against other players in the same position group.

Players with only a few games are pulled toward their position's average, so a short hot streak cannot create a huge value. Playoff runs, trophies and recent form can lift a value, and it eases off for players who stop playing.
